Credits is used for generation services in ImgVid. After purchasing credits, you can use various AI models to generate images on our platform, with each generation consuming the corresponding amount of credits.
We offer two Credit Pack options: the Basic Pack for $6.99 gives you 5,000 credits, and the Value Pack for $19.99 gives you 20,000 credits.
Different AI models consume varying amounts of credits. Basic models use around 40 credits per generation, advanced models consume more credits, and simplified models use fewer credits. You can see the exact credit cost when selecting a model.
No! Your purchased credits never expire and remain valid indefinitely. You can use them whenever you want without worrying about expiration dates.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. For orders older than 7 days, we'll review each case individually. To request a refund, please email our customer support team and we'll process your request promptly.
Simply log into your account, go to the 'Credit Top-up' page, select your preferred Credit Pack, and complete the payment. Your credits will be added to your account immediately after successful payment.
Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users. Each account's credits can only be used by that specific account holder.
