No. When a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically, so you never pay for a failed request. A retry counts as a new generation and uses credits again, the same as when you rerun a successful prompt to get a different result.

You can buy a credit pack at any time and it lands in your balance immediately. Subscription credits are valid for two months, so whatever you do not spend this month stays available through the next one before it expires.

Credit pack credits never expire, they sit in your balance until you spend them. You can buy packs as often as you need, there is no limit. A pack only adds credits though, it does not change the benefits that come with your subscription.

Whatever expires soonest. Subscription credits carry an expiry date, so they are always spent before credit pack credits, which have none. Nothing to manage on your side.

Cancel from the Membership tab in your account settings. You keep every benefit until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. Credits follow the usual rules: subscription credits stay usable until their expiry date, and credit pack credits stay in your balance.

Yes, both monthly and annual orders can be refunded. The amount depends on how much of the plan you have already used. Request a refund from your billing history and our support team handles it within 24 hours.

If you have ever bought a plan or a credit pack, your videos stay on the platform until you delete them yourself. For accounts that have only ever used the free plan, we typically keep generated videos for 60 to 90 days.
